Ma. Christina S. Reyes received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Philippines College of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2014. She attained her Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management from the University of the Philippines -Diliman.
Ms. Reyes has more than 8 years of professional practice in corporate law and direct foreign investment, with extensive experience relating to mergers and acquisitions. Her practice likewise includes taxation law, labor law, civil law, criminal law, securities regulation law, and public and private procurement.
Ms. Reyes is a member of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA), particularly the Cross-Border Investments Committee. She recently served as a resource speaker for the IPBA Environment Law panel on Green Public Procurement. She is also a member the University of the Philippines Women Lawyers’ Circle.
